Who we are
SRA leverages enterprise resource planning (ERP)/customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve organizational performance. We assist our federal and commercial clients throughout the life-cycle of financial management (FM), human capital management (HCM), supply chain management (SCM), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems implementations. Our roles include: strategic planning leading to process improvement; software selection; program management (PMO); independent verification and validation (IV&V); implementation and deployment of systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, and Siebel; training; change management; and post-implementation process and systems optimization.

SRA International, Inc. (SRA) is a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions — including systems design, development, and integration; and outsourcing and managed services — to clients in national security, civil government, and health care and public health markets. The Company also delivers business solutions for contingency and disaster response planning, information assurance, business intelligence, environmental strategies, enterprise architecture, infrastructure management, and wireless integration.

What we do
We focus on rapid implementation of ERP technologies using tools and methodologies to increase time-to-value in new implementations. We continue to drive organizational performance improvement through use of our Maintenance, Optimization, Support, and Training (MOST) methodology to substantially increase the return on investment on existing implementations.

Sonu Singh
Vice President & Director, Enterprise Applications and Solutions
Sonu Singh leads marketing and business development, sales, and delivery of our enterprise service offerings. He has more than fifteen years of professional services experience working with multiple business sectors including government, manufacturing, financial services, and distribution. Singh has extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development, financial analysis, and business operations. This includes sales and operations management, business process reengineering, business systems implementation, product design, and marketing.

Singh joined SRA in the 2005 acquisition of Spectrum Solutions Group, Inc., where he was co-founder and president.

J. Timothy Bradley
Civil Business Area Executive
Timothy Bradley is currently part of the executive leadership team. Bradley is responsible for managing SRA's expansion and growth in the Public Sector packaged software market.

Prior joining SRA in 2006, Bradley served as a Partner at TPP Global Services, LLC where he focused on the executive planning oversight of Commercial off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications for Federal and State and Local Government agencies. Previous roles held were senior leadership positions with Oracle Consulting to include key executive line, program and product development management roles. Most recently Bradley was Vice President of Federal Applications Consulting, responsible for the implementation of Oracle business applications (Financials, HR, Supply Chain and CRM) for the Federal Government. Bradley has also held executive positions with Alexander and Alexander, AMS and BDM International.

Gary Ricketts
C3I and DoD Business Area Executive
Gary Ricketts is currently part of the executive leadership team. Ricketts is responsible for growing SRA’s business in the enterprise application solutions market supporting C3I and Law Enforcement agencies. Ricketts will also spearhead the initiative to penetrate the commercial marketplace.

Ricketts brings over twenty years of Federal Government industry and three years of commercial industry experience, in ERP Applications implementation, large scale systems engineering and integration, and software development. Ricketts has had direct experience in engineering, program management, business development and business management disciplines.

Prior joining SRA in 2007, Ricketts served as General Manager for SICPA Product Security where he was responsible for their North American operations. Previous roles held include senior leadership positions for ERP and technology businesses, including Managing Director within BearingPoint’s Oracle Consulting Practice, and Group Vice President for the Oracle Corporation’s DOD Consulting Practice. Ricketts’ early career consisted of various management and non-management positions with Lockheed Martin.

Tim Clements, PMP, CPIM
Senior Principal
Tim Clements is currently part of the executive leadership team. Clement is responsible for managing SRA's expansion and growth in the Public and Sector packaged software market.

Before joining SRA in 2005, Clements was employed by Oracle Corporation, where he focused on managing a 13 million dollar federal consulting practice. He previously held several senior leadership positions with UNICOR, where he led a rapid ERP implementation at over 100 factories nationwide. Most recently, Clements served as Practice Director at Oracle Corporation; this position allowed him to utilize his excellent interpersonal skills to forage solid, long-lasting relationships with clients and co-workers alike.

Doug Oakford, CPA
Senior Principal
Doug Oakford is currently part of the executive leadership team. Oakford is responsible for managing SRA’s expansion and growth in the Federal Civilian enterprise application market.

Before joining SRA in 2003, Oakford founded a regional enterprise application business in early 2002 focused on Oracle Financial, Human Resources, and Supply Chain Applications for commercial and federal clients. Oakford brings over 15 years of Federal Civilian and commercial consulting and management experience in system integration, finance/accounting, operations and supply chain.  He has experience through the entire lifecycle, including sales/business development, executive sponsorship, program management, and hands-on consulting.  This is combined with having the experience of being "the client" while implementing and maintaining an internal ERP system while at a previous company. Oakford brings these two perspectives and experiences to all his customer engagements.

Denise Palahunik, PMP
Senior Principal
Denise Palahunik is currently part of the executive leadership team. Palahunik is responsible for leading for the Oracle Practice. Palahunik has over thirteen years of experience in domestic and international businesses, including consulting and financial services. Her consulting experience includes strategic planning, account management, operations management, and Oracle Applications business systems implementations in the federal and commercial space.

Prior to joining SRA in 2003, Palahunik was the Senior Director of Global Professional Services for a $12 million leader in global trade management solutions. Palahunik also served as the East Vice President of PSINet's enterprise solutions group, where she managed the Oracle enterprise group, with revenue of $20 million. Before moving to PSINet, Palahunik was the fifth employee recruited by the founder of NextLinx Services, to grow the start-up Oracle Consulting Practice of NextLinx Corporation. Palahunik’s consulting experience includes strategic planning, account management, operations management, and Oracle Applications business systems implementations in the federal and commercial space.

Mike Romero
Senior Principal
Mike Romero is currently part of the executive leadership team. Romero is responsible for managing the SRA PeopleSoft Practice.

Prior to joining SRA in 2003, Romero was the Federal Practice Director for Ciber, Inc. At Ciber his projects covered PeopleSoft, custom development, web development, strategic planning, Application Hosting, and BPR. Mr. Romero has also been the Program Manager for Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) from GSA and NIH. He has an in-depth knowledge of government acquisition and sub-contractor management. His experiences include Federal HRMS, Financials, Supply Chain, EPM, and Portal..Romero is a retired Marine and has worked for Ciber, PSINet, and Enterprise Integration Corp.
